1. Return Policy

We offer a 2-hour return policy, which means you have 2 hours from the time of receiving your item to request a return.

Return Charges

If you choose to return a product, a return shipping charge of ₹1500 will apply.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received – unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

2. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.


3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the correct item is to:

  2. Place a new order for the item you want

5. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

The item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If Approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
